Luncheon Menu
Menu designed for 10 or more guests. Due to Lunch time constraints,
Mike Anderson’s requests that you limit options as follows:
10 to 20 guests – up to 5 items
21 to 35 guests – up to 4 items
36 to 50 guests – up to 3 items
51 to 75 guests – up to 2 items
76 and more guests- 1 item
Entrees
All Entrées include House salad, side, dessert, iced tea, and hushpuppies or garlic bread.
  • Fried Catfish - Fresh pond raised Catfish fillets, deep fried to perfection.
  • Fried Shrimp - Fresh Gulf Shrimp, deep fried to perfection.
  • Half & Half - Combination of fried catfish and fried Shrimp.
  • Grilled Chicken Breast - Marinated sweet and spicy chicken breast.
  • Chicken Lefete – Boneless chicken breast deep fried and topped with crawfish etouffee.
  • Fish Norman - Fresh fish fillet deep-fried and topped with crabmeat etouffee.
  • Cajun Hamburger Steak – Ground beef topped with caramelized onions.
  • Cheesy Chicken Pasta - Grilled chicken breast tossed with spicy cheeses and rotini.
  • Broiled Fish Fillet – Fresh fish broiled with lemon, butter, and seasonings.
Soup
Soup available for an additional cost.
Dessert
(Select Two) Over 36 guests select one
  • Cheesecake – Praline, plain, amaretto creme, or strawberry.
  • Lemonade Pie - Homemade lemonade and whipped cream, frozen in a graham cracker crust.
  • Bread Pudding - Baked with french bread, pecans & raisins, topped with cinnamon rum sauce.
  • Fudge Brownie - Pecan brownie topped with chocolate fudge and caramel.

Prices are per person and do not include Bar Service, 8.5% sales tax or 18% service charge.
Banquet facilities available for up to 350 guests seated for meetings and parties.
Complete Bar Service and Wine List available. Soft drinks priced in addition, free refills.

  • Grilled Chicken Breast - Marinated sweet and spicy chicken breast. Served with steamed vegetables.
  • Joliet Rouge - Jumbo lump crabmeat sautéed with button mushrooms, butter, and seasonings served atop fresh broiled fish.
  • Fish Norman - Deep- fried fish fillet topped with crabmeat etouffee
  • USDA Choice Ribeye - 12 oz ribeye seasoned and charbroiled to medium.
  • Fish Lefete - Fish fillet deep-fried and topped with crawfish etouffe.e
  • Crabmeat Augratin - Lump crabmeat, cream, with a delicious blend of cheeses.
  • Broiled Fish Fillet - Fresh fish broiled in lemon, butter, and seasonings.
  • The Guitreau - Crawfish, shrimp, and mushrooms sautéed with white wine, butter, and spices served atop fresh grilled fish.
